My maternal grandmother makes the best gnocchi in the world.
My husband won me over with a plate of spaghetti (al dente of course) with garlic, olive oil and tuna. It was so simple and so unexpectedly good.
My eight year old son loves mussels.
Food is not just a fuel to keep the body going. It is manna for the soul. Good food paired with a good wine makes the world go round.
Here are some of my favourite recipes, experiments, tips and thoughts on one of life’s greatest pleasures.

Wow – I am impressed! Interesting, witty, hip and well put together (just like the author). Is this a once a month thing or should I look for it everyday?
Often, not everyday, but certainly more than once a month!
